  • When will my laundry be ready?

    We will always do your laundry as fast as we can in the order we receive it and the time given in the option you choose is the latest it will be ready by. If you select any of the expedited services then we will bump your laundry up the queue to make sure it is done on time.


    Furthermore, you will receive regular text updates about your laundry.


    Our laundry hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm, so if we receive your laundry outside of those hours, we consider that we have received it at the next 9.30am shift. So if you drop it in a locker or send it by uber at 8.30pm on Saturday, then we consider that we have received it at 9.30am on Sunday so next day 6pm would mean Monday 6pm.

  • How does the on demand delivery work?

    We partner with Uber and Doordash to pick up your laundry. When scheduling your pick up, you will have the option to select a 30 minute window in which the driver will be at your door. We recommend handing your laundry to the driver yourself but if you have a secure way to keep it outside your building then feel free to leave those instructions for the driver when you place the order.

  • How do I drop off or pick up laundry outside wash and fold hours?

    The laundromat is open 7am to 9.30pm everyday, so you can drop off or pick up your laundry any time in that window. 


    Picking up: when your laundry is ready, we will put it in a locker and give you the combination.


    Dropping off: Put your laundry in a Drop Off Locker, fill out the information card and lock the locker. We will take your clothes out at 9.30am. Watch the video to learn more about dropping off.

  • Do you hang dry clothes?

    We do not do hang dry, machine dry only. However, we dry delicate clothes on low heat

  • Do you have scent free detergent?

    We use Free and Clear if you request it. This is good for people with sensitive skin or allergies to fragrances.

  • What happens if some of my clothes are missing?

    We are really good about not misplacing clothes but it does occaisionally happen (1 in 2000 times).


    Make sure you tell us within 48 hours of receiving your clothes. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, then we do not take liability for missing items.


    If you tell us within 48 hours and send pictures from online or from personal photos of the clothes,  take steps to find them and return them to you.


    If we are unable to return them to you, we will pay you for the cost of replacement for the missing clothes up to a maximum of 10 times the value of the order you placed. 

  • When ordering online, why can I only choose delivery times after 24 hours of the pickup?

    Unfortunately those are the only settings allowed in the product. However, we will always have your laundry done within the timeframe of the option you choose. As soon as your laundry is ready, you will receive a notification and you can schedule your delivery immediately.
